John B. Goodman , a native of Houston, Texas is a multi-millionaire and a polo player whose fortunes come from family and business air conditioning devices and is becoming more widely known in the United States because of the legal difficulties derived from beliefs murder in 2012.
John Bailey Goodman was one of four children, born in the wealthy Texas family, September 18, 1963. His father, Harold V. Goodman, gathered wealth in air-conditioning and also maintained race horses.
From the Massachusetts boarding school, he attended Delaware. After attending Wesley College, Goodman returned to Texas to help run the family business, "Randall Patterson wrote in 1998.

In about 1989, Goodman took polo sport. Goodman became a member of the United States Polo Association in 1989. He was also a member of the board of directors of the Houston Polo Club and served as president in 1994 and 1995.
Goodman is also the founder of International Polo Club Palm Beach in Wellington, Florida. The club, which opened in 2004, regularly organizes tournaments during the polo season, including the U.S. Polo Open Championship. He told Palm Beach Life in 2004 that the club was specifically designed to attract South American players as well as wealthy individuals and celebrities from near Miami and Palm Beach.

While testifying in a criminal case, Goodman said his car was damaged, which was the cause of the accident. He denies drunk or under the influence of drugs; However, her blood alcohol level was more than double the legal limit three hours after the accident.
He was found guilty of the DUI killing and motor vehicle killing in March 2012. In May 2012, Goodman was sentenced to 16 years in prison and a $ 10,000 fine.
