- Results of a known or unknown health problem by the user.
- Negligence in the part of the park, either by railroad operator or maintenance safety instructions, or intentionally intends to violate park rules.
- Act of God or common accidents ( eg. , lightning strikes, slips and falls), it's not a direct result of an action on any part

Injuries to children
Approximately 4,400 children are injured every year on amusement park rides, but only 1.5% of those injured are serious enough to require hospitalization. Between 1990 and 2000, some 82,000 children under the age of 18 were taken to the emergency room after being injured by amusement park rides. An additional 11,000 people were injured while riding outside the amusement park, such as those found in local malls, restaurants, or arcades.
Of those reporting 82,000 incidents, 34% occurred in locations where the rides were considered permanent, 29% occurred at temporary attractions, and 25% were not categorized.
Girls are more often hurt than boys. The most common injuries are on the head, neck, arms, face, and legs. Most of the injuries are reported to occur due to improper restraint or attachment, or caused by a child falling, alive, dead, or fighting a vehicle.
